The cartoon I'd like to see

The basic concept:

Bush leaning down and rubbing the belly of a happy puppy with 'Congress' tattoed on it. In the near background, Rove is kicking a cat in the air and Cheney is taking aim at it with a hunting rifle...the cat has 'Democrats' tattoed on it.

Now, if I could just get the Supremes in there (maybe off to the side applauding or something).

but not the message I was thinking when I pictured it. Frist's role (along with the GOP as a whole) is covered by the puppy.
