Get those auditors and investigators out there combing through all the files, books and receipts. Go into the closets and rattle the skeletons. Unlock all the files and get them on the table in a bright light to be read.

But a good team of auditors can find the discrepancies. This is how they caught the Anderson Acct. firm involved with Enron and they were accountants themselves.
