I don't know what the problem is, but e-mailed them last week (never got a reply) and the next day it was working okay.

when I tried to listen with Windows Media. Then I tried Real Player and I got Franken's voice in about 15 seconds. They give you the option of clicking on either one so try both and see if one of them works.
