Other instances of Bush talking to the "Man Behind the Curtain"

Today, when he said, "They've told me what to say," Bush sounded like he was talking to someone clearly not in the room - ie, feeding him information over a wire system.

I remember there being another strange comment he made once during a public event similar to this - anyone remember this? I think it was when Bush was in France or Europe...hmmm.

Either he was being fed the answers in his ear piece, or he is round the bend, bonkers, hallucinating.
