3. So much for * bragging about low crime rates.
It had to begin sooner or later. I saw Senator Harkin on TV over the weekend discussing the situation with law enforcement in Davenport, Iowa. Besides layoffs, it is about to become "basic services only". Davenport has a big gang and drug problem.

Time to buy a gun I guess.
