even when he had half way good jokes that someone else wrote for him he couldn't deliver them with any finesse. The guy hasn't got a tenth of a gram of soul to be the bereavity of wit.
It was more of a nickle valentine to shithead Rumsfeld than a comedy speech. He would've got the same laughs if it had been 75% shorter, as it was it was boring.
