Members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers have been on picket lines outside the Nashville plant since September.
Vought has used temporary contractors and workers from other company plants to continue production there.
It also has threatened to hire permanent replacement workers and move work on a new Cessna aircraft project to another plant if the strike isn’t resolved by Friday.
