WESTMINSTER – It's getting late, and Osman Amador is gearing up to hit the streets.
But instead of hanging out at a nightclub or with his friends, this 20-year-old is out to mine voters.
"A lot of people just complain," says Amador while reviewing his stack of voter registration forms. "I want to make a difference."

A FUTURE VOTER: Elijah Small, of the Orange County Voter Information Project, center, registers Chris Loeza, 18, left, to vote while going door-to-door in a Santa Ana neighborhood on Tuesday night.

But Amador expects to change Orange County's political landscape.
He may not be wrong.
