Santa Barbara, California. It's too bad, it's only local. For those of you who don't know that Santa Barbara is one of the richer areas of the California coast, it is also a county that celebrates it's Spanish, Mission and Mexican heritage.
Right now girls are doing "La Jota" a Spanish dance with castanets, but the girls range from morena to rubia. How nice.

From Monterey, Mexico a fabulous Mariachi band. I'm tingling. They are playing and singing "Guadalajara" the way it should be played and sung. And the lead singer is such a handsome "indio". He's about twelve.
