| JACK CAFFERTY BACKHANDED SLAM OF PELOSI & SAYS HILLARY CAN'T WIN |
|
Jack Cafferty: "You know, it pains me to be on live national television and agreeing about Nancy Pelosi about anything." But he goes on to agree with her in that she is right that the Democratic nomination needs to be decided soon. He then repeatedly states that Obama has won the nomination.

| 1. The former is just stupid posturing, and the latter is the simple truth. |
|
Hillary's like a baseball team that's one game, or even one inning, from being eliminated from playoff contention, with 10 games left in the season (3 out of 50 primaries being roughly equivalent).

| 4. Ah... sports analogies. |

Here's one for you.
The New York Giants, a wild-card long-shot team, was given no chance in the 2007-2008 postseason. Similarly, the San Diego Chargers were expected to repeat their dismal first-round performance of last year in the postseason. None of the sports commentators and so-called "experts" expected either team to make it past the Divisional Playoffs and into the Conference Championships. Dallas and Indianapolis were predicted to make short work of these upstarts. Instead, San Diego and New York easily disposed of those rivals and in the Championship game, San Diego was supposed to be crushed by New England yet came within 2 points of the Super Bowl Champs in the 4th quarter before losing. Green Bay, in the other league was supposed to bury New York on their icy Wisconsin home field. Again, the cinderella team from the Meadowlands pulled an upset, before shocking the sports world with their victory against the unbeaten, perfect-record 18-0 Super Bowl Champ Patriots in the 2008 Super Bowl.
Guess which team Hillary, the Senator from New York, represents when analogized to the above playoff results.
So when it comes to "simple truths", here's one for you:
Sports are kind of like the Bible: you can always find some sports story or Biblical quote to support any proposition under the sun.

| 5. Fair enough, but the difference is that voters don't decide the Super Bowl. |
|
It's not as if all the Patriots fans hating the Giants' guts could make any difference in the actual outcome, whereas Hillary grabbing the nomination at this point would make her an impossible longshot to become "champion" (as voted by the fans, not decided in a game).

| 7. Both women deserved to be put down, figuratively speaking, for making women in politics look so bad. |

And he is coming down on the right side as the important issue is now not a choice between conservatism and liberalism, but between the perpetual campaign, lying, deceiving, delusional "talking points" fantasy world of people trying to make greed a point of worship and ideological fight - even war - and the real world of real people with real needs and where actions have real consequences.

He always looks unhappy when someone else is talking, especially Wolf Blitzer.
It's like he is thinking "Who decided that this idiot gets to be the anchor?"
