3. not the government

just the average citizens here....they constantly complain about the Aboriginies...the bottom line is that they have not assimilated into mainstream society,,,the government continuously provides subsidies but many of them use it for alcohol...they have a large problem with alcoholism...the government feels guilty so they just hand them money but it doesn't resolve their deeper issues of being displaced from their land...

interesting wording. What do the aborigines have to apologize for? Yes, I know what is meant, but in the last 8 years the language has been under attack, and this just seems like another example.
