1. Not surprising - and it's probably a good strategy, I guess

(especially since "attack" seems to be their whole campaign. But what about the McCain who said it was going to be all about the issues? No down and dirty crap? :eyes:

McCain knows his base, that's all. He knows they are dumb enough to fall for anything he says regarding 'the troops.'

After all, you'd have to be pretty f-in dumb to support McCain at this stage of the game.
