John Kerry left BLOOD on the floor. If Obama needs an attack dog, John Kerry may be just the one to take the job. Who woulda thunk it? But the pundits weren't listening. No, they were talking about Bill Clinton right through it. Sheesh.

funny what you miss when you're NOT LISTENING. Do they think "coverage" means talking over the supposed topic of conversation. They ought to be in the convention hall. They wouldn't be able to interrupt and ignore with such facility.

Powerful. My respect for Kerry remains strong. Obama will have a Lincolnesque cabinet, I think.

| 16. It is actually a testiment to Kerry that he came as close as he did |
|
against a wartime President at 50%, with the use of terror codes to terrorize people, and a media that covered him then -as they did today. Had Kerry's rallies got the coverage of Clinton's in 1992 - where people could see the huge record breaking crowds and the wonderful speeches in October it would have given him the push needed to win big.
Even with the media and government as they were, had there been a fair election in Ohio - he would have won in an incredible upset. He will be a huge asset to Obama in the Senate in 2009.

And the standing ovation for "Uncle Charlie" damn near brought a tear to my eye.
That was an excellent, riveting speech by Sen. Kerry. He did himself very proud.
