I'm enjoying these discussions with Tweety, KO and Rachel - I don't have cable, so I'm most appreciative! :pals:

| 3. Am I the only one who thought Biden's speech was a letdown? I was really up for Biden's speech, |
|
but I have to say that he lost me about halfway through. It was an emotional speech and had some very folksy, down-home personal moments, but then he kept screwing up his lines and botching the timing on his delivery. It's like he didn't practice and it came back to bit him.
Bill Clinton, on the other hand, was THE MAN OF THE NIGHT. What a speech. What a delivery. He had me cheering and yelling. Too bad he couldn't have been the closer.
When Biden debates McPOW he's gonna have to be sharper and better prepared than he was last night.
Okay, let the abuse begin.

| 5. Yeah, I agree. Unfortunately I think it was Mike Gravel's speech committee. |
