5. Gee, will McCain reschedule and/or bring Palin to Letterman's Show?

When McCain called and cancelled his appearance, giving only an hour's notice, didn't Letterman say that McCain told him that maybe he would accept an invitation to reschedule his appearance or have Sarah Palin do a guest spot sometime soon? Gee, (sarcasm), do you think either of them would still dare to show up now?
