1) People who already share Cenk's views.
2) People in cable markets that get MSNBC. In some places (Oregon, for example), you now have to pay extra for it, if it's offered at all.

The people who progressives need to reach out to and educate are not, by and large, watching my favorite cable network, MSNBC.

I simply was raising a point for discussion: that in my view, progressives such a Cenk can make a bigger impact through media that have a more ideologically diverse audience.

He didn't let any talking points get by unanswered. That is tough in todays sound bite news environment. He is getting noticed.

Being able to see through the crap without partisan spectacles on is a beautiful thing.

I found him to be the most "fair and balanced" person of the three and he ran rings around that inarticulate woman babbling about McCain.

And Cenk's point was right, McCain didn't learn the lessons regarding the failures of deregulation.

But the main thing they did disagree on was the Keating 5 which as the indie guy pointed out, McCain was cleared of. So we'll see whether or not Obama revisiting this issue plays well.

What he said to the woman about the Repub politics of fear was dead on.
