1. I've seen the ad on youtube

and the little girl was very convincing. People who have never experienced sexual abuse do not understand how devastating it is--and that devastation can last a lifetime. To add an unwanted child (and the complications pregnancy can bring)to the mix is heart breaking.

I'll be damned if the government has control over my body. That's not a democracy, it's a dictatorship.

(BTW, I am personally against abortion unless in extreme circumstances, but I'll fight tooth and nail for our right to choose.)

5. Government is the problem, but...

So government is the problem unless it comes to reproductive rights. I don't condone abortion as a form of birth control, but in cases of rape and incest, the mother MUST be allowed to choose. If Roe v. Wade is overturned, then right-to-lifers must be required by law to care for unwanted children of rape and incest that were born because they had a need to shove their religious beliefs down everyone's throat.

And I completely agree with what Cenk said about the Palin's talking about how Bristol and Levi CHOSE to have their baby. I was saying that right off the bat. Yes, they CHOSE to have the baby, and that's all well and good. But Palin doesn't want the rest of us to have a choice. And that is NOT good.

15. Good ad. I had a friend who didn't have a choice and had two kids from her uncle by the age of 14.

I don't know how many more she had or whatever happened to her because her family would not let her have an abortion. So she dropped out of school to raise her kids from her uncle who repeatedly raped her. This essentially ruined her life - and Sarah is just fine with that.
