Did you post in a thread with me yesterday about drug use in Iraq? If you did it's gone. Know what happened?

I"ve brought up before that its important to label it correctly. Marshall Law sounds like Marshall PLan and something somewhat fuzzy and innocuous. Martial law brings immediate notice that the military has taken over.
Its important to clearly label it, IMHO.
not a criticism of the poster, just making a point

This son-of-a-bitch is laughing at the ridiculousness of his own juvenile arguments against the U.S. Constitution - the document of which he has sworn to defend - and which American Soldiers are dying to defend in Iraq and Afghanistan.
He's insulting everyone's intelligence if he thinks those bullshit arguments/playing with words are any justification for pissing on the foundation of our very nation.
He is a disgrace to this country. Thanks again, Bush.

having flat-out whored lofty concepts such as Freedom, Liberty & Justice For All!!! to initiate an illegal war has discounted all lofty American concepts across the board; if that is the splinter in our national eye (and i believe that it is a splinter) then i say pluck that splinter out and the sooner the better

and now, terrorism is used both as a whip to motivate US popular opinion and as an excuse to revoke any inconvenient provision of the US Constitution.
Inevitable once you start down the "lives mean nothing, business interests rule all" road.

It is indeed very difficult to defend the indefensible - doing so can make you look like an ass and a retard.
Kudos to Sen Specter for grilling him.
