If the reason that the Israeli government went into Gaza was to destroy Hamas, it cannot be done. How many people have to die, and how long will it take? Also, Fatah will not replace Hamas in Gaza, they will have points against them by the Gazans.

I just read in the paper this morning that 550 have been killed in Gaza, including 111 children, and only 4 in Israel. But, Israel won't let anyone in Gaza to confirm the death toll. I think their goal is just to kill, or so it seems.

I just wish they would stop all the killing.

is to drive out/kill every living Palestinian - Hamas, Fatah, and all the rest.

Washington protocol in favor of Israel is occurring here by both the Bush and Obama administrations. I posted on another thread Madeline Albright was pretty much blaming the rockets going into Israel as the main problem.

I think Cenk is brilliant. I watched Charlie Rose on PBS, last night, and his quests were also very well informed. One of them was saying they expect the ground fighting to continue until, the President-elect takes office on the 20th. Isn't that curious that they would be able to predict based on that? This where my hackles went up and my propaganda filter started to tingle...when (wish I remembered the name or title) stated saying that Hammas has a dog in this fight simply to garner middle-east sympathy. WHAT?
