From mere rounding errors to implications that we all say other health care systems are free . . . Uh, I don't believe anyone ever IMPLIED UHC was "free". UHC does however absolve the patient of being bankrupt or an indentured servant all for the crime of getting sick . . . UNlike our imminently sensible "health care" system, which seems to not care that it financially cripples, ruins and kills almost as many people as it helps.
