| 3. Did you watch the video? Listen 1:44 in... |
|
The ACLU knows that Disney isn't doing anything illegal.
...which kinda kills the lawsuit idea...

| 13. Yeah, that's great. Punish all of us liberals who work for the mouse |
|
(and most of us ARE liberals) cause we aren't being squeezed enough by the Bush depression! You can show your ID instead, so they aren't forcing anyone to do anything. The print reader is just faster and easier than printing a name on a ticket.

but sure makes it unlikely I'll ever go there again.
'Course, I don't have kids, and if I ever take nieces/nephews,etc. somewhere in Florida, I'm sure I can find cool places that don't invade my privacy this way.
Not that I'm willing to pay Disney prices to get in, either. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. IMO.

have access.
I told them abso-fucking-lutely not.

| 12. They've been doing this stuff for years. I never had a problem with it |
|
the info doesn't go anywhere and gets deleted in a month. If there weren't so many people selling bogus and half used tickets around town I'm sure they wouldn't have the technology in place. They should advertise that photo IDs can be used instead-but then your name would have to be taken and printed on the ticket.
