I paraphrase...
As they read the Second Inaugural speech of Lincoln etched into one of the monument's walls, she said "Oh, that's long!" The Prez told it actually was a very short speech. She asked if he had to do one - yes, he told her but it would be longer.
She looked at him and said, "You're the first African-American President. It'd better be pretty good."
