| 8. Great comments by Cenk. However, it's not far-fetched for Chavez to be worried |
|
about Obama being a tool of the military-industrial-complex. All American presidents are, wittingly or unwittingly.
Obama used Chavez as a straw man in several of the debates during the primaries and the election campaign. Maybe that's why Hugo is being belligerent.

| 9. cenk is doing a media job on chavez from "the left". |
|
his characterization of chavez and obama are both overly simplistic. obama =sober, reasonable. chavez = hot-headed, terrorist (not on our side).
his take is complete bullshit, and if you buy it you're just plain naive. until we recognize the real existence of u.s. imperialism and its central place in the problems of the world, we are going to get nowhere. obama is sugar-coating it, even outright denying its existence. to him, we are the good guys, end of story. the people of the world will not go along with that. he will get nowhere.
chavez has every right to fear the united states. cenk is a jerk (on this one, at least).

Chavez has lead Venezuela in the wrong direction? Really? What have you been smoking, Barack?
I really thought at least Cenk wouldn't participate in the Chavez-bashing that goes on in the corporate media all the time.

| 11. Cenk said the following in this clip: "Hugo Chavez also does some good" |
|
What more do you want from him? He wasn't "Chavez bashing", he was fair. Chavez is not a devil OR a saint, so his position is correct.
