2. Anyone who wants to drill needs to visit West Texas first

Everyone should drive thru West Texas, just for the experience. Talk about a permanent ugly mess !
Drive from Roswell NM towards San Antonio, and you'll see miles and miles and miles of oil and gas drilling.
(You'll also see the new $300M wind farms.)

It's hideous and smelly, with God-Knows-How Much permanent environmental and health damage to the people. And that land will never amount to anything after the wells are dry.

Yeah, the people living there want the $$$. Yeah, Texas boomed from it. It also crashed on it.

So, is that what we want for Utah ? Alaska ? California ? Oh hell no.
