9. I heard Dodd today say that he, Dodd, was responsible for the change,
because 'someone' at Treasury had asked him to do it.

Cenk is SO MUCH better than ed schultz; hate to think of ed on msnbc, but hate to lose Cenk from his freewheeling role here.
