| 2. Ryan's version of Republican budget: If you're under 55, no Medicare Program for you! |
|
MSNBC has a story posted this afternoon discussiong the provisions of the Republicans proposed budget.
Their plan calls for ENDING MEDICARE. Anyone currently under the age of 55 would no longer be eligible for Medicare upon reaching the current qualifying age. Instead, they would be offered subsidies to purchase PRIVATE INSURANCE.
Try getting a quality, low cost plan similar to Medicare in the private insurance market when you're 65.
Repubicans - trying to destroy the social programs that work for all Americans, one program at a time!
