Japan's U.N. Ambassador, H.E. Mr. Yukio Takasu makes statement today before entering the United Nations Security Council about the DPRK or North Korea's missile test on April 5, 2009 - they have the most to demand of the Security Council as they have followed along quietly and supported other countries who have requested assistance and now they are stepping up and saying 'time to act'. I do think the Japanese are feeling this deeply. Can you imagine what it would be like if Cuba were firing ballistic missiles 'into orbit' over the U.S.? Or if North Korea or Iran were positioned near us and did it? The Japanese people would no doubt like to act - but are restricted to defensive military.
• Also, I never knew there was a UN channel for live coverage of some events and recorded versions of others.
