Within minutes of a Conservative talking points it is being rattled all over the country as news or fact. The internet created back pressure on TV. Imagine if only source of information was TV or Radio, and most stations were owned by same people with same agenda.

I believe the world needs to protect the free exchange, and indexing of information on the internet.

Hiding information by downgrading a search value of it, or removing it from lists of indexing, keeps people from seeing information. And that is the same reason people burn books.

Un-manipulated access of information and information indexing systems is a main component of people being free.

What if google, yahoo, ask, and every other search engine decided some thought or concept should not be discussed. Could they do the same misinformation fox does just by what information shows up on search pages?

What if main intersections (largest forums or community sites) censored or removed topics on some topics?

If someone was bold enough, they chould start a free source information indexing system, possibly even including a current major search engine company, then they would be able to advertise that there search results are never manipulated for any reason, and prove it with open access to algorithms, and open documents on what pages are chosen as original key pages.

If the person could create a search site, that just looks for information that is underrepresented. Basically finding and highlighting sites that have lower search value in current search engines, verses actual value based on some theoretical un-bias search method. That itself would be back pressure to any manipulation. Since as it proved that form of censorship, it would, if ever seen by anyone, become the more credible information indexing.

I did a few searches before the election and found ask.com, started by same guy that started Fox news, put pages on progressive issues further back on hits, and hits by fox news further up, when compared to google and yahoo.

Clearly, when Rupert Murdoch and Roger Ailes label their slimy product "News", they are committing Product Fraud against The American People.

We have seen over the past 15 years that allowing these immoral criminals to continue their unethical, illicit and obscene charade is just as, or more, damaging to our society and culture as allowing any other con-artists and snake oil peddlers to mislabel and poison products distributed to the unwary consumer.

The FCC is responsible for enforcing fraud when the purveyors of it use the cable and broadcast networks to spread it. And this includes Journalistic Malpractice.

Americans are entitled to product efficacy, purity and honesty in their news and information products. Indeed, the guarantee of this is essential to our entire democratic system.

When no-good right-wing criminal scum, like Ailes and Murdoch, are allowed to trample the truth and adulterate the flow of News with impunity, the entire human race is threatened.

Please contact the FCC, your local cable provider and the advertisers who empower these vermin.

Let them know you are fed up and not going to take it anymore.

I re-read that line and think it can be taken in more than one way.

Is he really saying Fox did a bad job of keeping things honest or that Fox did a bad job of keeping OTHERS honest? Sounds to me like he's lobbying support for a sister station who will help give Fox credibility as well as keep others honest.
Not sure its the big admission it appears, depending on how its read. And no, i'm not a Fox/repub/conserv supporter in any way, haha.
