Here is the part I liked, you could just see from his reaction that Gingrich knew he was L Y I N G:

Waxman:

"Your position is ... it will cost households $3,000 per year. Is that right? Is that your position?"

Gingrich:

Pause. Eyes look down, shift back and forth.

"...Well, er, those are numbers that I've seen."

Waxman:

"Well the problem with those numbers is they just aren't true."
