| 2. Susan Collin is a moderate and not a religious right winger... |
|
....I think she is even pro choice...first part of your cartoon makes sense the other part does not.

| 4. Susan Collins is more "liberal" than many Democrats, actually. |
|
She's a New England Republican. Often (not always but often) they're a different animal than the average Republican. She's quite pro-choice; the right-to-lifers gave her a zero rating. http://www.ontheissues.org/senate/susan_collins.htm

| 6. Calm down. When the issue is a pro-choice one, she's more "on the team" than Harry Reid. |
|
Her voting record is quite nuanced. I provided a link to it, you might be surprised at some of her takes on issues. On others, you might not.

remind people how bloody disingenuous republicons are..
How tragically ironic that susan collins thought she was such hot shit for doing this.

| 9. She did insist that the money for pandemic threats be removed from |
|
the budget bill before she would back it. She proudly proclaimed this victory on her website umtil the recent outbreak. Now, however, it has mysteriously disappeared. Honor we can believe in. If she is so proud of her triumph, why remove its evidence once the money is actually proven to be needed? Kind of reminds me of Jindal and his outrage over volcano monitoring. These two "bits" of money were so miniscule compared to the zillions given to the crooks on Wall Street that it boggles the mind that Collins and Jindal had the nerve to make such personal "hay" over them. It is a happy day to see them backfire on the two. If Collins is as liberal as y'all profess, why did she take this position and then refute it?
