I hope that whatever sane conservatives are left, they decide to build a viable 3rd party as a response to the GOP.

I am a liberal, but I understand that a working democracy requires all sorts of viable political points of view, and sane conservatism has valid points. However, the GOP left any resemblance of sanity out of the door looooong time ago. It is time to put that group of degenerates out of collective misery. They have already visited enough calamity upon us. Time to move on...
