2. Problem with the video is..

I rec'd the vid, but

the problem with the video is that in the lesson plan it did NOT say to write to the president.
Before it was revised it said: 'Write a letter to YOURSELF about how you can help the President'.

So what does 'help the president' mean? Well in my opinion, the sentence meant 'what can you do to help the goals of the president that he mentioned in the speech - which were: Stay in school and work hard on your studies, work hard to reach your goals, work hard to acquire a college education, work hard to get a good education so that when you are an adult you will have the skills to help America be a better place, etc.

NO WHERE in the lesson plan did it say 'write a letter to the president...'

Someone in the video should have corrected that misinformation.

What does "help the president" mean? Why just assume it means help to create a fascist dictatorship? If he says his goal is to keep kids in school, then they're helping to keep kids in school.

giving this flea on a dog's back any air time is like giving Charles Manson his own prison cell 'makeover show'. yes, it would get ratings, but really. I mean REALLY. shouldn't someone be minding their ethics at these stations?

I guess it is time to get the sponsors' logos running across the video of these people and posting it as worked with the Glenn Beck issue. the sponsors are the enablers and if their product is 100% funding this, they need to be given FULL credit - right across the video.

In my opinion, the desperate republicans, right now, are like fly-fishers. They just sit on the edge, and they just keep throwing their bait into the river looking for something to bite. It does not matter what kind of bait they use, for this is a fertile river. It is a river filled with silly fish. Fish that live beyond reality.
And then their is the big net of "Faux News." This dreaded net comes around everyday sweeping up the minds of ignorance. They willfully deny reality, and gladly swim straight into the net of Faux. They swim into the net willing to commit suicide of reality, like an alcoholic, or drug addict. But deep down, in their heart, of hearts, they know what they do is wrong. Sadly, they just can't help themselves.
Just one more death panel, just one more fake birth certificate, I don't care how I escape reality, just give it to me. Born in Kenya,Communist,Fascist,Indoctrination,Nazi. More, more, more, they just can not stop. It's an addiction of ignorance and hate.
Well, that is my diatribe of the day. I just had to speak up.
