and she was an employee. as much as employees would love to have porn on their computers... free speech doesn't apply. Would be nice but legally it doesn't. I remember in 1995-1996 I was and was in public college since but at that time Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato MN had this art fair in their art building and one painting got banned. It was a nude baby girl with the title the Next Messiah will be a Woman. The College in this case had free speech. Hence the separation of Church and State. They broke no laws banning the piece of art. If it was shown in a public college. There'd be no problems. I imagine nude art would be out of the question at a Lutheran college like that. (I hardly recognize it now, they are quite massive now 13 some years later and it's a 4 year now. )


Free speech also did not include doing what some of my unfortunate few liberals did to a teacher I didn't like. They vandalized his office. Spray paint everywhere. There really is not free speech in that College and I got in there because I wrote great poetry, unfortunately, my speech got curbed because some of it was both violent and contained swear words. Poetry like mine would not belong in a college like that so when I left in Dec 96, I haven't been to a private college since.

Women are not obliged to send their boyfriends explicit images of themselves - even if they believe their boyfriend is the "one". Unless it's coercion, drugging or against the person's knowledge, that's a risk a person takes when they tape or photograph explicit acts of themselves and give it to another. "Private" sex tapes have been leaked to the public since the advent of the home cam-corder. It just begs for blackmail or public embarrassment if he turns out to *not* be the "one".
