RM's point was dead on- and I loved the repuke assHat's very focus group tested counterspin.

But DS stepped in- this in not on Cenk's clip- with a question about lost time-lost intelligence and ended this topic.

Exactly when during interrogation a detainee starts divulging info the repukes have relentlessly pushed the notion that stating the Miranda warning stops all interrogation. I've heard it explicitly countless times. And in the effort to gin up this issue the repukes have made this the implicit basis of their scare tactic.

STATING MIRANDA RIGHTS TO A DETAINEE DOES NOT STOP OR PREVENT ANY INTERROGATION OF ANY DETAINEE. PERIOD.
