I'm not sure anyone explained what "circle jerk" means...
They continue to ignore the easiest and most sensible thing to do - open Medicare to all.
What, TOO easy?

talking points we hear several times per day?
"Medicare is already in trouble!" Sometimes I think the Bush Medicare drug plan was partly adopted so they could create this talking point about Medicare insolvency. Of course the other reason was so their pharmaceutical buds could rake in BILLIONS.
Wonder how much pharmaceutical stock Bush family and friends bought before that little gem was foisted on us.
