1. My own thoughts on the "summit"

I'm not sure anyone explained what "circle jerk" means...

They continue to ignore the easiest and most sensible thing to do - open Medicare to all.

What, TOO easy?

3. Do I need to repeat the right wing

talking points we hear several times per day?

"Medicare is already in trouble!" Sometimes I think the Bush Medicare drug plan was partly adopted so they could create this talking point about Medicare insolvency. Of course the other reason was so their pharmaceutical buds could rake in BILLIONS.

Wonder how much pharmaceutical stock Bush family and friends bought before that little gem was foisted on us.

2. Good analysis. But I don't want this passed without a Medicare expansion or a public option.

But that's just me.


Oh, and the majority of Americans. (It's kind of strange when the majority is actually on the right side of an issue.)
