Not finding this information clearly outlined in the media, I provide analysis. The Gulf Oil Spill is currently 3155+ square miles in impact; covering an area larger than 64.4 miles by 49 miles. The Gulf is rich in wild life including birds, turtles, fish, manatee, too numerous to mention. I use the latest satellite photo and review the loop current. I project that, the government must have limited the liabilities of corporations engaged in this drilling. Millions will be spent to avoid billions in liabilities with no concern with social costs. This disaster is a single crisis among many "E Pluribus Unum" now stands for America in a chronic reactive state of failure.
