1. Local NY flounder

was $5.99 a pound two days ago. If they are raising COLD WATER seafood because of the GULF oil spill, that is price gouging. Shrimp? No way would I buy that $19/lb. GULF SHRIMP that was all black looking. I live on the gulf coast. Gulf shrimp is PINK.

Give up gulf seafood and buy LOCAL COLD WATER seafood. At this point in time, it is not contaminated. If they raise the price of this LOCAL seafood, it is just plain PRICE GOUGING.

Until the world's oceans & lakes are replenished and clean. Which won't happen in our lifetime.
