4. The atheists bus just says you can be good even if you don't believe

in God. So, how could anyone object to that statement? It's either true or it isn't. I think it puts a lot of pressure on atheists to behave themselves. Notice that the Christian bus does not claim "But Christians are better." I don't understand why anyone would think that the "God loves you" sign is a response to the Atheists are good sign.

I'm not an atheist, but the response by the Christians looks pretty stupid to me.

Btw, how are Islam, and Judaism different than Christianity in terms of gay rights, women's rights, etc? In terms of overbearingness.

...are pretty tolerant of gay and women's rights, unlike most Christians I know.

I think it goes with maturity. The longer a religion is around, the more watered down and secularized it gets. That's why Buddhism tends to be quite liberal and tolerant, Judaism for the most part is quite liberal (except for the Orthodox minority in Israel), Christianity is becoming more liberal as time goes on, and Islam (which is 500 years newer) still has a ways to go.

I'll bet thousands of people, of all religions and no religion, looked at this bus and didn't give it a second thought. But one lady says it's an insult to Christianity, and she's the one given face time. Blah! I'm with other, why didn't this group pool their money and buy food and essentials for the homeless?
