1. I certainly applaud bank reform ...

... but if I had to rank them, I'd say first extend unemployment benefits, second a much, much, much larger and more sweeping stimulus, and third would be tax reform to attack off-shoring and encourage on-shoring.

Seriously, I agree we need another stimulus -- but we need taxes being implemented on those who can pay them (wealthy AND corporations) in order to pay for it.

I'm not trying to pick at nits, but you and I agree we need more stimulus, and I say now.

On taxes, I say let the Bushie breaks expire, and in 2011 we roll back the Reagan tax cuts.

Given how much we're spending in Iraq and Afghanistan for the War On Brown People, and not budgeting, I'm not going to lose sleep if an unfunded stimulus passes now so long as we pay for it in 2011.
