McCain gets away with everything. The North Vietnamese didn't want him, either!

6. Gets no respect

McCain has ridden his sad story of being a POW into the ground. Of course everyone sympathizes with that, but he has exploited that story to fame and glory unlike any of the thousands of other POWs. He has enriched himself and shown that his position can be bought by big money interests and is no longer worthy of respect. He entered the military with a silver spoon in his mouth after a dismal perofmance in school, and should be embarassed for his lack of courage in civilian society while accepting the accolades of being a war hero.
