On Monday, Feb. 7, 2011, Social Justice activist Donna Smith criticized President Barack Obama for meeting today with the Chamber of Commerce. She said Obama has been "a disappointment" with respect to responding to the growing needs of working class people in this country. Ms. Smith was featured in Michael Moore's movie "Sicko." She is associated with the National Nurses United/California Nurses Association. Her comments came at a sidewalk union-sponsored rally just north of Lafayette Park, in Washington, D.C. I'm disappointed in her lack of understanding that
Obama has not yet turned the country into a socialist one,
and so Businesses still have a part to play......

it just comes from a very small minority of posters.

I don't know a single person irl who is satisfied with the direction that this administration has taken on issues such as labor, health care, corporate control, poverty, taxes and the economy.

perversely adamant about a subject in opposition to the rest of the people, I know the rest of the people are right. Come March or April, when the budget impasse clears the way for the reduction of entitlements and the white house says, "not our fault", we'll see what they say then. And later in the year, when many of us have turned Eqyptian and are on the street being harassed by our military, the hired defenders will be easily recognized by their absence from the people.
