Too bad that in America, freedom comes with a large price tag. If you are wealthy, you may enjoy democracy. If you are not wealthy, you have to financially support the wealthy and disregard your happiness.

7. Situational ethics much?

Didn't we just spend a trillion or two deposing the bad old dictator in Iraq (formerly our man in Iraq, kind of like Mubarak) so we could impose democracy there? Isn't that what these dipsh*ts were preaching then? Sure, I know it was about oil, currency and relocating our bases out of Saudi Arabia, but can't this freak show pretend to have any principled position on anything. Does the choir they're preaching to every stop and say 'Hey, wasn't it all just the opposite yesterday?'.The Arab world can't handle democracy? Didn't Iran elect a parliament in 1953 and didn't we help topple it because of an oil surcharge? Humm... oil again. Haven't ALL of the Islamic fundamentalist movements been spawned out of the repressive dictatorships and monarchies we've propped up for decades? And what is it you're suggesting anyway? Come right out and say it. We're for dictatorships. We love police states and we love torture. Come on, just say it. You'll feel better.
