the Democrats have the majority in the Illinois legislature, and they have the governor's office as well.

We have a couple of these repub fools around Rockford who like to shoot their mouths off on TV, too. They only make themselves look foolish.

Of course, there's likely a reciprocity agreement between IL and WI, so the revenue windfall would be minuscule. And, of course, not nearly enough to pay for the cost of the legislation. Which is, anyway, unconstitutional, as it would ostensibly be ex post facto and a bill of attainder.
