3. Bill perfectly illustrates why 'conservative'

comedians can't be funny. Much of the stand-up comedian's entertainment is built on sharing a clever often biting observation of contemporary American life.

Right wing comedians share no clever observations on contemporary society because they live in a world that demands they wear rigid ideological blinders that prevent them from making clever unreflected observations. Their brand of funny goes something like this, "Obama's a Muslim. Ha ha ha."

I edited it to keep it shorter than 10 minutes so I could post it on YouTube. I made the time delay between Chuckles and Maher disappear and cut out pauses between some words. I perhaps went overboard a bit. However, no words were edited at all. Everything they said is represented in the above video.

I went there one day and it let me post a 17 minute tune. Not sure how it works, but maybe you have to upload so many videos first or something.

14. Bill Maher is a extreme bigot

Bill Maher is arguably the worst religious bigot in all of TV. He certainly has no place on a liberal website.

I've repeatedly seen him spew extreme anti-Arab bigotry, including claiming that all Arabs know is violence and that is how you should treat them - with violence. That, of course, actually shows Bill Maher love of violence. I've seen him support the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians by Jews (before Israel was created), even though he admits that the Palestinians didn't start the conflict.

When he's the guy getting interviewed. Usually, late night television is awful. However, when he's on the show, it's fun to watch. The audience is never completely comfortable, and it's a beautiful thing to watch.
