In a video published to YouTube, a hacker appears to have changed the text scrolling along the side of the News Corporation building in New York City.

“I accessed the Fox ticker basically to get your attention,” YouTube user hiropro999 wrote. “Also because Fox deserves it: they’re the 24/7 mouthpiece of the right wing. They are huge perpetuators of the big lie.

“This country isn’t broke. Question is: where is the money going?”

The message goes on to blame corporations and tax breaks for wealthy Americans, and it specifically said the individual behind the stunt was not from any hacker group like Anonymous or others.

He happened to be at an event where there were a lot of news people and ran into some FOX camera guys. He asked them, half jokingly, if they were required to tow the Fox right wing line in order to keep their jobs. They answered "Yes". They even referred to it as "drinking the cool aid". They were not joking.

This is the question I ask my friends here in New Jersey. It's the same tactic being used by Chris Christie. Tell the big lie. "WE'RE BROKE!" Cut all programs that have anything to do with the people from education to essential services to you name it, give the millionaires more tax breaks, give hundreds of millions to casino owners, sports teams, shopping malls, race tracks, and amusement parks while taxes increase exponentially on the middle class and poor.

Now ask yourselves the same question in the caption. This is what makes sense. This is where the rubber meets the road.

We're obviously not broke on the state or national level.

but at the moment of the switch, red and blue can be seen. I don't know enough about it either way. Just want to know if it's legit before I go showing to people. Multi color LEDs I'm familiar with have to have a mix of red, blue and green LEDs to produce other colors, so the commenter could be mistaken.

I downloaded the video, imported to final cut, jacked up the whites and mids and found the exact frame where they create the black box to put their lettering over. You can see the pictures at the link below, but it is remarkably unlikely that anything but artificially created black space would come across this dark and this uniform.
