Bush will do this using the congressional authority issued to him prior to afghanistan, and Iraq. He will eyeball the congress while thumbing his nose. He will claim it was done in order prevent "terrorist attacks"against US troops(did we forget the senate vote this week designating Iran's Qud's force as a terrorist organization?).
This begs the question, of whether he will be held accountable? Is invading a sovereign nation an act of war? Does he have the authority? What can congress do to stop him?
I am shuddering and thinking about the rest of the world's perception of that act. I wonder what the reaction of other Muslim states will be? It frightens me to think of what this administration is forcing upon America in the coming decades. GOD help us all.

| 2. Looking for any loophole they can in that prior legislation |
|
They are looking for anything that will give them the appearance of congressional approval to bomb Iran.

| 3. It's like when director's make two cuts.... |
|
They make one version that is a hard "R-rating", nearing NC-17. The censors/MPAA raters tell them "no, no that's too much"
So, the director rolls out the *cleaner* version, which is the one he wanted all along.
They are going to keep pushing until they can find the point that the sheeple, M$M, and other warlords in the EU are comfortable with. IMO, they will take whatever they can to trigger and start the real conflict. It's all down hill on a giant spiral from there.

| 4. So Hillary's "yes" vote gave Cheney the excuse to send "fodder" into Iran |
|
and once Iran takes a POW, then Cheney will send in the rest of the army on the theory that we have to rescue the man or woman, just like Israel's invasion of Lebanon last summer.

I view hillary as another neocon. Her ideology to militarism as solution is as frightening as I have heard from anyone at AEI!
:scared:
that is why they are picking her as the replacement.

| 5. Hersh is either a liar or has no balls to tell the full truth on TV (I suspect the latter) |
|
They were in Iran 2 years ago and now he is just talking about the border
