We cannot get reciprocal, equal access to foreign markets unless we at least threaten to reciprocate and deny to an equal extent access to our markets. That's the whole secret to improving our trade imbalance and our joblessness.

We have to start by changing our free trade agreements. They should be reciprocal. We are being a market whore, allowing any country to just intrude and take what they want from our markets.
