...every color and stripe of American; every age, religion, non-religion; even support from wealthy sympathizers. Got their start as a wave of grass roots activists determined to take their country back from the plutocracy that had brought it down. Teabaggers: old, white and fat; astroturf movement organized by the plutocracy. OWS vilified as anarchists, Tea Party treated as a legitimate activist/political party by the ruling corporate media run by those same plutocrats who fund front men like Hannity. The biggest problem that I can see is that the Republicans embraced the Tea Party and made it and their extremist goals their own. I doubt if the Democrats will embrace the populist message of the OWS and the 99%, no matter how much support the rest of the country has for them.
