I've worked with people with developmental disabilities, and unfortunately, they are very easy to manipulate. Depending on how severe this young woman's disability is (Hyperactivity only, Hyperactivity AND Attention Deficit Disorder, or ADHD with a comorbidity of Autism), this young woman could have been used by anyone.

I hope she wasn't hurt in anyway. . . At least, since she showed up at her special school for disabled student on the Monday after the alleged rape, she was not "physically" hurt.

I was down at Occupy LA today. Never saw such a non-violent place. I would not normally feel safe walking in downtown LA near Olvera Square around City Hall, but the Occupiers keep the place friendly and safe. They have brought a real night life to the civic center area of the inner city. Their spirit is inspiring. What beautiful people.
