1. Excellent & informative interview!

The video starts out with a clip of an interview with Scott Olson....keep watching....the interview that follows with Kamran Loghan is so informative about why weapons-grade Pepper Spray was developed for the FBI. It was really developed for law enforcement use when an officer is "under threat" and can't subdue somebody without physical force & to minimize lethal use of weapons. But under no circumstances in this experts mind was it developed in the way it is being used like the NYPD or what the UC Davis police did to those students who were not threatening the officers. He goes on....its great stuff....

i reccomend that Lawyers for the students at UC Davis and the protestors in NYC who were pepper sprayed hire this guy as an expert witness at trial!!!
